A VIDEO posted by TMZ shows the explosive moment Elf actor Faizon Love throws a valet at the John Glenn Columbus International Airport to the floor.
The incident happened on March 7. The 48-year-old actor can be seen grabbing the male valet by the neck and push him to the ground. He then pushed the man into a desk and back to the ground again when he tried to get up.
Airport Staff were trying to pull Love off the man and restrain him until he was arrested and charged with misdemeanor assault charge.
He was released on a $2,000 bond on Wednesday after pleading not guilty in court
Love, who play's the toy store manager in the cult Christmas film, has addressed the incident in a new video.
He claims that he was provoked after being spat on.
The actor said: "He spit... and that was when I was like 'Oh hell no'. And that's when I grabbed him like that."
He also said he didn't feel remorse over the incident, adding: "I wish I could say I'm sorry, I feel remorse. But, sometimes, somebody gotta get their a** whooped."
