Dublin Dr Pepper is dead. Long live Dublin Dr Pepper. Fans of the soda are venting and lashing out on Twitter and on Dr Pepper's Facebook's page after the corporate company, Dr Pepper Snapple Group, won a battle to shut down the Dublin version of Dr Pepper that's manufactured in - you guessed it -- Dublin, Texas.

Nothing moves the 99% like a small town vs. corporate giant brouhaha. The outrage sparked a less-than-inspiring hashtag -- #occupydrpepper -- and an online petition that has gathered more than 15,000 signatures.

Dr Pepper is learning quickly: don't mess with Texas -- and soda fanatics.
