Church apologizes to gays on behalf of the 'narrow-minded'
Do you think the church did the right thing?

Amid all the controversy over same-sex marriage and calls for equality, one church from California is taking a moment to apologize to gays for what it says is the un-Christian behavior aimed at them in the name of God.

Missiongathering Christian Church from San Diego purchased a billboard along Billy Graham Parkway in Charlotte, N.C., saying it was sorry for the "narrow-minded, judgmental, deceptive, manipulative actions" perpetuated by fellow Christians toward the gay community.

North Carolina recently passed a law banning same-sex marriage. No word on how long the billboard will be up.

Do you think the church did the right thing?
