FOUR people have been charged over a shocking Facebook Live video showing black youths allegedly torturing a disabled man as they shout “f*** white people".

TERRIFIED: The white man looks terrified before his tormentors drag him around by the neck

The gagged victim – who has special needs – cries as his laughing attackers slash his clothes with knives, cut his hair until his scalp bleeds and throttle him.

The tormentors hold knives to their captive’s throat and demand he says: “F*** Donald Trump.”

Police said the assault went on for two days in a flat in Chicago's west side, were the victim was forced to drink from a toilet.

Cops have now announced hate crime and assault charges have been filed against four people over an attack.

Jordan Hill, 18, Tesfaye Cooper, 18, Brittany Covington, 18, and Tanishia Covington, 24, are expected to appear in a Chicago court on Friday.

The four have also all been charged with aggravated unlawful restraint and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.

Mr Hill is further charged with robbery and possession of a stolen car.

Police branded the prolonged assault "sickening" and said the suspects made "terrible racist statements in the video".

Police Supt Eddie Johnson said: "This is sickening.

"It makes you wonder what would make individuals treat somebody like that.
