3 arrested in connection with armed robbery


Brunswick police detectives have arrested three people in connection with an armed robbery that occurred Nov. 5.

The Tortilleria Dona Vita store in the 1900 block of Norwich Street was robbed at about 7 p.m.

Police said Tyree Jones, 19, Zanquail Jones, 22, and Ceon Prince, 20, all of Brunswick, brandished handguns and took an undisclosed amount of cash from the store. No one was injured. They were arrested without incident after warrants were obtained earlier in the week.

Tyree Jones is charged with armed robbery. Zanquail Jones is charged with armed robbery, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime and Ceon Prince is charged with armed robbery and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
