To call what Ray Lewis said to the Stanford men's basketball team a "pep talk" would be a gross understatement. Video of his speech to the team earlier this week, which went on to win the NIT championship by beating UMass and Minnesota, is making the rounds on the Internet and inspiring thousands of YouTube viewers. "If tomorrow wasn't promised you, what would you give for today?" he asked.

The Baltimore Ravens linebacker, who was invited by the Stanford coaches to speak, could surely have a career as a motivational speaker once he retires from football. "We get one opportunity at life, one chance at life to do whatever you're going to do," Lewis told the team. "So lay your foundation.
