You might want to check your Facebook profile for this new change

Facebook has recently introduced a change to your profile which means that all the old work placements you’ve had now appear in the “intro” box of your profile – right underneath your profile photo.

Basically, the social media site changed a setting that controls how your employment and education history is displayed. It didn’t change the privacy settings of any accounts and they’ll remain the same, but it has pulled out and displayed things which were otherwise hidden away in your profile.

However, all isn’t lost yet because you can manually edit your random or embarrassing old jobs out of your profile. This is how to do it.

1. Hover your mouse in the corner of your “intro” box and click the little pencil that appears.

2. Select or deselect the items that you want to appear in your “intro” box

3. Click “Save” and you’re done.
