GOLDEN GIRL: Who needs clothes when you've got body paint? ds

BEYONCE isn’t the only Knowles sister who can set a music video alight with stratospheric levels of sex appeal.

Solange’s latest effort sees her lay both her soul and body bare for new track Cranes in the Sky.

Smothered head to toe in gold body paint, the 30-year-old drapes herself on rocks in front of a scorched desert landscape.

She barely protects her modesty with her hand as she sits cross-legged, appearing in an almost meditative state.

Described by the star as a visual poem, the song is inspired by her parents’ journey from rags to riches and even features spoken interludes from them.

“When I think about this record, I think about my mother starting her hair salon in the garage of our home and the amount of countless hours that she spent on her feet to take it from there to a place with 25 employees and becoming one of the most popular, successful salons in Houston,” she wrote on her website

“I think about my father growing up extremely poor and in poverty and dreaming big enough to become who he is and taking a spare office in our house and turning it into a record label and a management company.”

Solange isn’t only the star of the video – she also edited, art-directed and choreographed it. Some people get all the talent…

After baring all in her birthday suit she changes into a white bikini and later a marshmallow-inspired pink top.

The song forms part of third studio album A Seat At The Table, which has been in the works for four years.

While she has toyed with touring, the singer recently revealed her uncertainty about juggling life on the road with her family.

“I really want to tour but my son is in jr high school now and plays basketball and ball is his life,” she wrote on Twitter.

“I gotta figure that s*** out.”

It seems as though Solange has simmered down since battering Jay-Z in a lift back in 2014.
