Clayton County deputies say they arrested a daycare worker after she allegedly kicked a toddler.
Police charged 22-year-old Alexis J. Wilson-Britten, of Jonesboro with simple battery On Friday evening
Police said Wilson-Britten is a teacher at the Kids R Kids Day Care Center on Lakeridge Parkway in Riverdale. She allegedly kicked a two-year-old child as she tried to push the toddler away.
The injuries the toddler suffered after the daycare worker allegedly kicked him.
There is video surveillance of the incident as it took place inside the woman's classroom.
A representative for Kids R Kids said this location in Riverdale was de-branded more than a year ago and is not associated with the chain.
