Ah, Christmas. The most wonderful time of the year.

When families from all over the world join together to spend time with one another and celebrate a wonderful day of love and generosity.

And what better way to get into the Christmas spirit than to get everyone together for a Christmas-themed family photo?

So, that’s exactly what this family did.

Except, the photograph they chose to share with the world was a little weird, to say the least.

But at least it’s Christmas inspired, right?

With the main man, dad, wearing a T-shirt that says ‘Chillin’ with my ho’s’ (sic), while surrounded by what seems to be his two daughters and his wife wearing T-shirts that each say ‘Ho’, the picture was posted under the caption ‘My family’s Christmas photo this year’ by Reddit user rachelpurrmeow.

Many of the Reddit audience seemed to be somewhat offended by the photo, with comments such as ‘Well…. his daughers are super hot but this is kind of creepy’ and ‘As a new father, I can’t imagine a situation when I’d call her a ho. I suppose that changes over time. Or these people are f****d up.’

But of course, the other side of Reddit were deeply amused and by their, er, enthusiasm, and decided to stick up for the family, leaving comments such as: ‘Guys, the family has a sense of humour. A bit weird but kinda funny’ and ‘I agree it is not tasteful. But I don’t find it offensive or deeply disturbing… Calm down.’

But, the best comment of all was most definitely: ‘Calling your daughter a ho, and other beautiful moments to look forward to in the years to come.’
