There might be a new Skyrim coming to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One

Game developer Bethesda, creators of Fallout 4 and Doom are planning a return for the action RPG Skyrim as well as several more popular sequels to be unveiled at the upcoming E3.

According to a new report on Eurogamer, a PlayStation 4 and Xbox One remaster of The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim is rumored to be in the cards. The site reports that a fully-fledged remaster for the popular RPG will unveil at Bethesda’s E3 conference this Sunday.

The info originally came from reputable insider Shinobi602, who mentioned “a remaster of sorts” during a H.A.M. Radio podcast. The claim was later backed up by another apparent insider who posted on NeoGAF as Enter the Dragon Punch saying that the game would contain “mods, all DLC [and] improved visuals”.

Eurogamer also believes that Bethesda are planning a return for the previously cancelled Prey 2, a first person shooter with a focus on a bounty hunter roaming the galaxy taking down Aliens on the run.

This is all in addition to Bethesda’s full gameplay reveal for Dishonored 2, which is expected to release on November 11th of this year.
